Inline Process Near-Infrared Spectroscopy Analyzer SentroPAT BU

It is a real-time monitoring system for mixing uniformity and API/excipient content using NIR, designed to be attached and used on rotating containers in the pharmaceutical mixing process.

The SentroPAT BU, manufactured and sold by Sentronic based in Dresden, Germany, is a near-infrared spectrometer specifically designed for pharmaceutical mixing processes. It operates the created model in real-time, monitoring mixing uniformity and the content of API/excipients in real-time. ■ High-performance MEMS Spectrometer It uses a MEMS spectrometer with a wavelength-variable laser. SentroPAT FO Process Near-Infrared Spectroscopy Analyzer

This is a probe-type near-infrared spectroscopy PAT tool. It can be used in various processes such as granulation, mixing, tableting, and coating.

This is an analytical device for inline and real-time monitoring of solid dosage form processes (mixing, granulation, drying, and tableting). It is installed at various points in the manufacturing process to analyze physical and chemical parameters. The hardware consists of a maximum of 4-channel NIR detection units and probes connected by optical fibers and cables. The software is a proven package that meets the specifications required for pharmaceutical manufacturing processes, including audit trail functionality, user management, and output of inspection results. Application 3: Short-term measurement of methane potential (BMP) in biogas production using near-infrared spectroscopy (NIRS).

This application note demonstrates that by using near-infrared spectroscopy (NIRS) with the DS2500 analyzer from Metrohm and the calibration model FlashBMP (from Ondalys), the analysis time for methane production potential (BMP) of various substrates obtained from anaerobic fermentation can be shortened, thereby improving efficiency. With a near-infrared analyzer, the diene value (anhydrous maleic acid value) of pyrolysis gasoline (pygas) can be measured in under one minute!

Near-Infrared Analyzer Technical Data 16 Petroleum Gasoline Fuel Pyrolysis Gasoline Pyrolysis gasoline (Pygas) is a byproduct of ethylene production and is unsuitable as motor fuel due to the presence of unwanted conjugated diolefins. To eliminate this drawback, it is necessary to reduce the olefin content to below 2 mg/g using a Selective Hydrogenation Unit (SHU). The diene value (or Maleic Anhydride Value (MAV)) is typically determined by wet chemical analysis through the Diels-Alder reaction (UOP326-17). This wet chemical analysis method requires trained analysts to perform it over several hours. Near-Infrared Spectroscopy (NIRS) contrasts with this chemical analysis method and can be applied as a cost-effective, rapid analytical technique for determining the diene value in pyrolysis gasoline.
