We would like to introduce a case study of the introduction of "Wikkil" at the edge of Wa no Hotori, for Mr. Chubei. We have installed small spray bottles, the size of a cup, in the private rooms for four people. We implemented this to ensure that our customers can enjoy their meals with peace of mind. Additionally, we have diluted the solution to the appropriate concentration for table cleaning and for the small spray bottles in the private rooms, and we store them in a cupboard to avoid exposure to light. By doing this, our hall staff can quickly replenish the supplies when they run out, making it convenient.
