One unit (module) can control the temperature at four points. Up to 16 temperature control modules can be connected in series. A maximum of 64 points of temperature control is possible.
One unit (module) can control four points. When connecting each module, the power supply and communication lines are internally connected, eliminating the need for separate wiring for power and communication for each module, thus achieving reduced wiring. The inputs are universal inputs compatible with thermocouples, resistance temperature detectors, voltage, and current. The type of input can be specified for each channel, allowing for combinations of different inputs. Additional function modules aside from temperature control are available, including digital input/output modules (for operation mode switching, event output, etc.), communication expansion modules (for communication conversion and data management during module connection), and CT input modules (for heater disconnection alarm CT input and multi-point CT monitoring/overcurrent alarm). Various fieldbus communication converters can be connected, including Ethernet-based networks (MODBUS/TCP, EtherCAT, PROFINET), CC-Link, DeviceNet, PROFIBUS, and MECHATROLINK.
