[PUSHLOG Implementation Case] Temperature Monitoring of Dryers
Automatically send temperature data to the cloud once per minute! Data recording & anomaly detection, reducing operator burden.
A temperature sensor (thermocouple) was connected to the Mitsubishi Electric PLC Q series, and due to variations in the temperature of the dryer, temperatures at three points (upper, middle, lower) were being measured. Since reaching the target temperature within the specified time is related to quality, data was collected to confirm the temperature and the time taken to reach it. Because the operators are not always present in the area, by introducing our compact gateway 'PUSHLOG', operators can remotely monitor the drying status, and if there is an anomaly in the reaching time, they can be notified by email and immediately go to the site to check the status. [Before Implementation] ■ Operators regularly checked the drying status and recorded it on paper. ■ Since operators are usually in a different process, they had to move to the location of the dryer each time they recorded data. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
