The "Gas and Water Vapor Permeability Measurement Device" is a high-precision measurement instrument that can simultaneously measure the permeability of various mixed gases using a mass spectrometer.
It can evaluate the permeability and delay time of individual molecular species such as water vapor, oxygen, nitrogen, hydrogen, helium, and carbon dioxide all at once.
Utilizing technology developed by the National Institute of Advanced Industrial Science and Technology, it achieves high measurement accuracy and reproducibility. It is suitable for measuring trace gases and is ideal for high barrier applications such as organic EL.
