"NOR" is a material with higher heat resistance compared to general-purpose urethane. It also has high mechanical strength and excellent wear resistance. It is used in applications such as dryer outlet rolls and heat rolls for lamination, where the transported items reach high temperatures. Urethane can be colored in your preferred color. If you would like a colored option other than hardness 90, please consult with us.

Polyurethane rubber excels in mechanical strength, abrasion resistance, and weather resistance, and it comes in various hardness variations. It is also known for being easy to color, and products in colors other than the usual yellow translucent are also possible. New colors can be ordered depending on the color mixing.

Urethane Color Foam ECZ

The familiar urethane used for dishwashing includes a material called color foam. ECZ has a lower density than general-purpose products and is softer.

ECZ is a lightweight, soft-touch polyurethane foam product that has minimal deformation and is widely used as cushioning material. Due to its continuous bubbles, it allows water to pass through. It is stable in water and has excellent chemical resistance. The dimensions can be processed to the required size in thickness, width, and length. We also frequently handle adhesive coating and double-sided tape application.
