Moisture evaporates from sludge even at low temperatures! We have successfully reduced industrial waste disposal costs!

The sludge generated from our factory contained a lot of moisture, which increased its volume, making the waste disposal costs quite high and problematic for us. In an effort to reduce these costs, we searched for methods to decrease the volume and mass of the sludge. The vacuum dryer creates a state close to a perfect vacuum, and when we introduce the thick sludge that contains a lot of moisture, the moisture evaporates from the sludge even at low temperatures. The thick sludge transforms into a powdered state, reducing its volume. We were able to lower the disposal costs for the sludge, and the fuel required for drying was also less than that of other devices, which was a decisive factor.
