A pattern registration function for the operation program has been introduced to enable operators to easily respond to the production processes of multiple varieties!

We would like to introduce our achievements in supplying "shelf-type vacuum dryers" to chemical manufacturers. Raw materials are filled into the trays of the shelf-type vacuum dryer and dried according to a predetermined operating program. Hot water is supplied from a hot water tank to the dryer shelves to heat the raw materials. Due to the low boiling point of the recovered solvent, it was considered that the condensed solvent could re-evaporate in the secondary side of the recovery tank, leading to a decrease in recovery rate. This device features a vacuum chamber made of SUS304 with a diameter of φ600 and a depth of D585, equipped with three special sheath heaters to heat the interior of the chamber. It performs vacuum drying in an oil-free state. The front door of the vacuum chamber opens to one side, providing a wide opening for easy loading and unloading of parts.
