SOLUTION Co., Ltd. provides solutions to IoT challenges through open-source hardware. As a development case, we created a prototype of a low-power Arduino-compatible device that operates on nano mA for battery power, using a SigFox shield, and conducted data collection experiments in mountainous areas without electricity. After the experiment, we integrated the SigFox shield, sensor shield, and CPU onto a single board, powered by a solar panel (outsourced). The collected data is sent to a rental VPS for a few hundred yen per month, allowing for data collection from IoT devices and web display.
