"Plastic cores" provide cores tailored to needs, ranging from general extrusion molding to ultra-high precision cores made by injection molding. We pre-process the step difference corresponding to the film thickness, significantly reducing the loss from the step marks at the start of winding. They can be washed with water and are capable of dust-free processing.
