Request from a company in the interior construction and building industry. We custom-made and delivered 40 sports lockers for baseball players.
As a result of discussions since July of last year regarding whether to repair the existing lockers or to manufacture new ones for replacement, it has been decided to replace the lockers in conjunction with the renovation work of the locker room within the stadium, and we received an order for new production. In response to the customer's requests, we manufactured the lockers with different specifications from our original products, including sizes, colors, pipes, and mesh. We also produced shoe cases separately from the lockers. Our company also handled the delivery and installation work.

Based on the work instruction sheet issued by CAM, select the die, confirm the upper and lower positions, and set it on the turret. Trial processing... While aligning the material with the machine, visually confirm the X/Y dimensions and conduct test processing. After processing, perform inspections on dimensions and other factors. Deburring measures... For burrs exceeding 0.2mm, respond by changing the clearance (the gap between the upper and lower dies) or using alternative dies. Processing... Conduct inspections alongside processing. Inspection records are documented on a checklist. Identification and movement... Completed parts after processing are identified with a work ticket and released to the next process, such as bending or assembly.

We received a request for lockers to be used by players of a rugby top league team and a corporate baseball team. The design features a more spacious layout than before, allowing players to sit on leather seats while changing. We delivered 45 units each for the rugby team and the baseball team, totaling 90 units.

Considered the layout from the architectural drawings. We proposed multiple patterns while making changes to the product drawings, layout drawings, and estimates, leading to the contract.
Request from the Prefectural Sports Association. We received a request from the Sports Association to provide lockers for the soccer team and other athletes. The lockers were installed along the wall inside the changing room, which contributed to the effective use of space. We also assisted in creating a layout plan to match the arrangement of the changing room. A total of 50 units were delivered.

We received a direct request from an independent administrative agency to install one unit each on four large training ships representing Japan. To allow trainees to use them in rotation, we used padlocks. We have designed the structure to ensure that the locks do not sway even when the ships are rocking. We delivered the units in accordance with the ships' port stay times, meeting your requirements. Depending on the application, we have made adjustments, such as using stainless steel for some parts. To propose the structure of the lockers, we created sample prototypes in advance, and after your approval, we proceeded with production.

We received a request from a customer in Hyogo Prefecture and designed and manufactured custom work lockers for their employees. There are three types: "independent type," "5-unit type," and "2-unit type," totaling eight units. We arranged them rationally in the available space within the company, ensuring ease of use. Our internal team also handled the on-site installation.
We have delivered and installed 24 bench-type lockers for the adult baseball team in the Chubu region.
We created the layout based on the customer's placement plan. We applied protective measures to the floor and completed the on-site installation work in just under two days.
Custom-made IC card touchless lockers.
We arranged for the custom production of an IC card touchless locker with a large size that can accommodate large luggage and bags. We also conducted operational checks on the solenoid, making this a customized case.
We installed personal lockers made of rust-resistant material [ZAM] at the pool facility.
At the request of the construction company, we delivered and installed a total of 37 lockers in two types made from rust-resistant material [ZAM] for the pool facility. The doors are covered with a Dynoc sheet, resulting in a beautiful appearance.
