The OVL series "OVTL" is an autoclave (reactor). It uses a sealing method with O-rings and bolts. Due to its self-sealing feature, the bolt tightening process is also easy. The standard capacity ranges from 3.5 liters to 20 liters. The design capacities include 3.5L, 5L, 6L, 10L, and 20L. In addition to the standard material SUS316, the container materials include stainless steel (SUS304, SUS316L, SUS304L, SUS310S, SUS329J4L, S32750), titanium, Hastelloy (HC276, HC-22, HB-2), Alloy 59, MAT21, Inconel (Inconel 600, Inconel 625), Incoloy (Incoloy 825), nickel (Ni201), Monel (M400), Carpenter (C20Cb3), and zirconium (Zr702). PTFE, PEEK inner liners, and fluororesin coatings are also available. The design pressure varies depending on the reactor capacity, with typical design pressures of 1MPa, 2MPa, 3.3MPa, 4MPa, and 5.5MPa. The design temperature also varies by reactor capacity, with typical design temperatures of 200°C, 215°C, 235°C, 250°C, and 270°C.
