This is a calculation software for purchasing and production management personnel to consider the number of materials needed based on the dimension table of plate parts. By entering the width, height, and quantity, and specifying usable standard lengths or available offcuts, it allows for comparison of the required number of plates, yield, and material combinations. The calculation for offcuts and in-house inventory is based on the entered available quantities as the upper limit. If there are multiple dimensions for candidate plates, it is also possible to confirm the materials to be used. You can paste the three columns of width, height, and quantity from Excel for input, and it supports material considerations based on material type and plate thickness. Since it also allows for checking the cutting diagram, it can share with the processing personnel the methods that may be unclear just from the number of plates.
