Ultraviolet Linear Irradiator UVL-115
The UVL-115 ultraviolet linear irradiation device is an irradiator that uses rod-shaped ultraviolet lamps. When used in combination, it can provide surface irradiation.
Features of UVL-115 The UV linear irradiation device UVL-115 uses a rod-shaped ultraviolet lamp. 1) It has a slim housing that incorporates an inverter stabilizer. It can emit ultraviolet light simply by supplying 100V. 2) It has a strong sterilizing effect. The 253.7nm-8W lamp has a median wavelength of 253.7nm (transparent color), with an output of 2.5W in the UVC range. It also emits a slight amount of blue-violet and green light. 3) It has a fast startup time, allowing for reduced heating time. It reaches 80% output in 2 seconds. 4) It achieves perfect clean heating, making it possible to heat in clean rooms and under vacuum. It can be used in vacuum containers. When placed in a vacuum chamber, there may be a slight gas release from inorganic adhesives initially, so pre-vacuum treatment is necessary. 5) It can be used in an array for surface irradiation. When used in an array, it can irradiate a wide area. 6) Polycarbonate can generally block ultraviolet light. Polycarbonate has a transmittance of 0% for wavelengths of 200-300nm (UVC) and a transmittance of 0.2% for wavelengths of 300-380nm (UVA).
