A thickening agent for oils that can be used in cosmetics and quasi-drugs. Depending on the amount added to the oil, it allows for a wide range of control from highly fluid gels to firm gels.
Dextrin palmitate has the property of gelling various hydrocarbon oils and ester oils, and it also provides excellent stability in emulsions. ZICOS GE-DP can easily produce a stable oil gel by dissolving it at temperatures above 90°C and then cooling it without stirring. Recommended blending amount: 1-10% Less than 3%: Highly fluid gel 3%-7%: Fluid gel More than 7%: Non-fluid gel Gel strength: 250-350g
