Reproducing old parts without drawings or data! We handle everything from measuring existing parts to drafting.

This is a case where we proposed measurement and drawing services to a customer who could not create new designs due to the lack of drawings and data for old parts. The customer's company did not have measuring equipment, making it impossible to measure dimensions and create drawings. Therefore, we used 3D measuring instruments and contour measuring devices to measure the dimensions and created drawings based on the results. Solving challenges without measuring instruments! Gaining customer trust through dimensional assurance with three-dimensional measuring machines and others.

We would like to introduce a case study that addresses the challenge of not being able to perform measurements due to the absence of measuring equipment at the customer's site. We proposed measurements using our company's equipment, including three-dimensional measuring machines, contour measuring machines, and image measuring machines. We ensured dimensional guarantees through measurements with the aforementioned equipment and coordinated with the user's measurement methods. Our company possesses measuring equipment for inspecting and measuring workpieces that require an accuracy of one hundredth of a percent, and we have established a robust inspection system. The capability of the 3D measuring machine allows for measurements within a range of 900mm × 1000mm, with a maximum allowable measurement error of (1.7 + 3L/1000)μm. It can measure objects with a maximum height of 800mm and a maximum weight of 1200kg. We will submit a report from the dimensional inspection and perform CAD data editing through scanning.

We conduct scanning using a non-contact laser measuring device and provide CAD data tailored to your needs. It is also possible to make arrangements based on the measured data. We can accommodate scanning on-site as well. ■ Dimensional Inspection We perform inspections to confirm accuracy. We can measure items ranging from small sizes up to about 10 meters, with high precision at 10μ units. ■ Reverse Engineering By scanning items without drawings or data using a 3D measuring device, it is possible to restore them as data.
