6-axis force sensor [Detects 6-component forces with strain gauges and converts them into signals!]

A six-axis force sensor that detects the combined force (Fxyz) and moment (Mxyz) using strain gauges and converts it into digital or analog signals!

The "6-axis force sensor" detects the six components of translational force (Fxyz) and moment (Mxyz) using strain gauges and converts them into digital or analog signals. We offer four series based on the structure of the strain body. We also have many free rental units available, so please feel free to contact us. 【Features】 ■ Easy connection to a computer via USB The standard interface is USB, allowing for measurement simply by connecting to a computer. Filtering and force conversion are performed internally in the sensor, so no additional peripherals are required. ■ Wide range of lineup We offer a variety of sizes and ratings as standard products, from ultra-compact 6-axis sensors with a maximum outer diameter of φ16mm to large-capacity sensors with a load of 10kN. The PFS series can also output three components (FzMxMy), allowing for even lower prices. *For more details, please request documentation or view the PDF data available for download.

6-axis force sensor - compact moment-enhanced model <sensor dimensions 80mm>

Small and lightweight model with a sensor weight of 1,000g or less.

We offer a compact model with a built-in amplifier, the "6-axis force sensor - small moment reinforcement model." The sensing section employs a beam structure and semiconductor strain gauges. It can simultaneously detect loads in three axes (Fx, Fy, Fz) and moments in three axes (Mx, My, Mz). In the small moment reinforcement model, we have two products available: 1kN and 3kN. Compared to the standard model, it has a higher moment force and is compact and lightweight. The freedom of sensor installation is increased, making it ideal for combination with robotic systems that require force control. 【Features】 ■ Simultaneous detection of loads in three axes (Fx, Fy, Fz) and moments in three axes (Mx, My, Mz) ■ Compact and lightweight model weighing less than 1,000g ■ Two products available: 1kN and 3kN ■ Compatible with RS-422 and USB communication methods ■ Lightweight aluminum body with a high rigidity allowing for a 500% overload tolerance ■ High responsiveness of 1kHz with built-in low-pass filter function *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
