[Case Study] Metal 3D Printer Layered Object Creation
High matching with affordable usability and simple functionality! Examples of metal additive manufacturing with 3D printers.
We would like to introduce a case where we solved challenges in the layering of metal 3D printing using our "Wire Cut Electrical Discharge Machine Contamination Machine." With the introduction of metal layering 3D printers, we were asked to explore methods for separating metal layers from the base plate. We were looking for solutions to address issues such as rough surfaces caused by cutting with blades. We proposed our product, which is easy to introduce as ancillary equipment at an affordable price range, and the simple operability met the necessary requirements for precision and surface roughness, leading to customer satisfaction. Additionally, we have included processing examples from two companies in the published catalog. [Case Overview (Partial)] ■ Challenges - Cutting with blades results in rough surfaces - As ancillary equipment, the introduction costs cannot be significantly high - The application involves simple processing, such as cutting straight lines ■ Proposed Solution: Molybdenum Wire Cut Electrical Discharge Machine Contamination Machine *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.
