[Case Study] Cutting Example of Inner Diameter Processing Using Wire Cut Electric Discharge Machine

A user-friendly experience suitable for medium precision inner diameter machining! Examples of cutting for inner diameter machining.

We would like to introduce a case study where we solved challenges in inner diameter processing using our "Wire Cut Electric Discharge Machining Contamination Machine." In inner diameter processing, we received a request to find a cost-effective machining method for rough cutting, as cutting with tools tends to result in a rough surface. We proposed our product, and the customer was satisfied with its simple operability, as well as its sufficient precision and surface roughness. Additionally, we have included processing examples from two companies in the published catalog.
