[Processing Example] Counter BTA Processing of Spindle Products

After L1 and BTA, the hole diameter of the treated material will be further enlarged.

Using a head called a counter, we further enlarge the hole diameter of the material that has undergone tempering after L1 and BTA. We carry out processes such as L1, BTA → tempering → L2, BTA → stress relief → L3, BTA at the request of our customers. After the final BTA, honing may also be performed. In that case, honing will be carried out by our partner company, and honing is also very well received.

As for the processing details, the hole position is quite close to the edge, making it prone to bending due to heat, so I had to be a bit more careful than usual.
