High-performance heat-insulating sheet effective for heatstroke prevention and improving working conditions.

High-performance heat-insulating sheets that cut almost all radiant heat will demonstrate their effectiveness in preventing heat stroke and improving the working environment in factories and warehouses during the summer!

The "High-Performance Heat Shield Sheet" is a product that can cut almost all radiant heat due to its aluminum coating with 99% purity. It can be installed under the roofs, in the ceilings, and on the walls of buildings such as factories and warehouses to mitigate indoor temperature rises, contributing to heatstroke prevention and improving working conditions. It reduces the load on air conditioning and has energy-saving effects. When applied to high-temperature equipment like drying ovens and kilns within factories, it lowers the surface temperature of the equipment, alleviating surrounding temperatures and improving the working environment. Furthermore, it significantly reduces heat loss from the equipment, cutting fuel costs and enhancing productivity. Additionally, by covering control panels, devices, and piping located outdoors or near high-heat equipment, it prevents failures and damage caused by heat. Thanks to a special surface treatment, it is resistant to corrosion from acids and alkalis, as well as electrolytic corrosion, allowing for over 10 years of use (SP-PRO, SP-Air, SP-PED).

Effect of cool roofs on reducing rain noise

Contributes to the protection of the roof surface! The rooftop natural power applied heat-insulating sheet reduces the sound of rain hitting metal roofs.

The measured data of the noise from rain and hail hitting the roof directly shows that rain is -7 to 9 dB, and hail is -15 to 16 dB. By using the rooftop natural force application heat insulation sheet "Cool Roof," the noise from rain hitting the metal roof is reduced when it receives rain or hail. Additionally, standing seam roofs create shaded areas depending on the position of sunlight, which also changes the surface temperature. This results in different rates of thermal expansion on the roof, causing the metal fittings and fastening parts that connect the roof to the building to creak and produce noise. By installing our product, the entire roof is covered in shade, allowing for temperature leveling of the roof and suppressing noise caused by thermal expansion. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

Comparison of Cool Roofs with Other Heat Insulation Methods

It performs effectively without being affected by roof dirt! The insulation effect continues without decreasing.

We will introduce a comparison between our rooftop natural energy application heat-insulating sheet "Hie Roof" and other heat-insulating methods. In terms of installation area, while heat-insulating paint requires more than 150% of the roof area and rooftop greening can only be installed with less than the roof area, our product can be installed with about 80% or less of the roof area. The construction period for 1000m² is approximately 1 day for the interlocking type and 3 to 4 days for the overlapping type, and the insulation effect continues without decreasing. In the PDF materials, we provide a detailed comparison of appearance, maintenance costs, and sustainability of effects with other heat-insulating methods. Please feel free to download and take a look. *For more details, please refer to the PDF materials or feel free to contact us.

[Issues and Factory Improvement Case] Heat Mitigation Measures (Heat Shielding) for the Factory Warehouse Roof and West Wall

An example where the temperature under the roof was 51°C in the unconstructed area, and a difference of 22°C was achieved in the constructed area, which was 29°C.

We would like to introduce an example of heat mitigation improvements for the factory warehouse roof and west wall. "There was a challenge of heat accumulating inside the building during the summer, making it uncomfortable for workers, and we wanted to implement heat mitigation measures." To address this, we installed high-performance aluminum heat-shielding sheets on the roof and walls with the image of making the entire building extremely shaded, preventing solar radiation heat from entering the interior. As a result, the temperature under the roof in the untreated area was 51°C, while in the treated area it was 29°C, achieving a difference of 22°C. [Case Study] ■ Challenge: Heat accumulates inside the building during the summer, making it uncomfortable for workers (wanting to implement heat mitigation measures) ■ Solution: Installed high-performance aluminum heat-shielding sheets on the roof and walls to prevent solar radiation heat from entering the interior (with the image of making the entire building extremely shaded) *If the roof is high, it may be difficult to feel the effects of heat shielding by only applying it under the roof. In this case, applying heat shielding to the walls (especially the sunny west and south walls) will enhance the heat shielding effect. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Heat Shielding: Examples of Heat Mitigation and Energy Saving Improvements in Kilns

Examples of heat mitigation and energy saving achieved in a firing furnace (LP gas-fired). Surface radiation temperature decreased by approximately 80°C!

We would like to introduce improvements in heat management and energy-saving examples for food baking furnaces. "There was a challenge to improve the hot working environment during the summer and to reduce fuel consumption." In response, we applied high-temperature thermal insulation sheets to the food baking furnace. As a result, the surface radiation temperature of the furnace was reduced from 120°C to 40°C, achieving a decrease of 80°C. This reduction in radiant heat loss from the furnace surface also led to energy savings in fuel consumption. [Case Study] ■ Challenge: The surface of the paint drying furnace was at a high temperature, making it uncomfortable for workers (wanted to address heat issues). ■ Solution: Installed high-performance aluminum thermal insulation sheets on the furnace surface to cut radiant heat. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
