As a heat mitigation measure, we would like to introduce a case where heat insulation work was carried out at the service areas of four stores of Honda Cars Saga Co., Ltd. The heat insulation sheets were cut to match the width of the H-beams. Lightweight steel frame materials were inserted into the gaps of the tight frame with spacing, and secured in place using clips and adhesive to prevent movement. After that, the heat insulation sheets were laid over the lightweight steel frame materials, with each subsequent sheet slightly overlapping the edge of the previous one. We will introduce a case where construction was carried out using Prox thermal insulation sheets to suppress temperature rise.

Kyushu Kōwa Industrial Co., Ltd. was facing the issue of wanting to suppress the rise in indoor temperature despite having installed insulation boards. To address this, they implemented construction using Prox heat-shielding sheets to reduce temperature rise. Double-sided base materials were installed on the insulation board fittings and throughout the entire area, followed by the installation of the heat-shielding sheets. The seams of the sheets were then sealed with tape. We would like to introduce a case study of the installation of the thermal insulation material "Reflectix" at UTK Industrial Co., Ltd. At the company's second factory, this product was installed on the roof and inner walls, and two oil heaters were used. On a day with a minimum temperature of -5.5°C and a maximum temperature of -1.5°C, the temperature survey graph showed that the factory maintained a minimum temperature of 10.8°C and a maximum temperature of 20.4°C. This product primarily enhances the thermal insulation performance of the roof or the roof and walls to address heat and cold inside the building.
