[Heat Insulation Construction Case] Kyushu Kōwa Kōgyō Co., Ltd. Own Warehouse (Building C)
We will introduce a case where construction was carried out using Prox thermal insulation sheets to suppress temperature rise.
Kyushu Kōwa Industrial Co., Ltd. was facing the issue of wanting to suppress the rise in indoor temperature despite having installed insulation boards. To address this, they implemented construction using Prox heat-shielding sheets to reduce temperature rise. Double-sided base materials were installed on the insulation board fittings and throughout the entire area, followed by the installation of the heat-shielding sheets. The seams of the sheets were then sealed with tape. After the construction, the temperature under the roof dropped by 15.1°C. 【Construction Overview】 ■ Construction Period: September 11-13, 2021 (Total: 3 days) ■ Current Situation: Insulation boards are installed, but there is a desire to suppress the rise in indoor temperature. ■ Countermeasure: Implementation of construction using Prox heat-shielding sheets to suppress temperature rise. ■ Location: Daitōwashimachi, Mitsui District, Fukuoka Prefecture ■ Roofing Material: Galvalume steel sheet ■ Area: 911 m² *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
