Prox Heat Insulation Sheet: Insulation Effect in Factories and Warehouses

Reflects heat from indoors back inside! It can significantly improve the efficiency of heating equipment in factories and warehouses!

The "Prox Thermal Insulation Sheet" that we handle not only addresses summer heat but also provides winter insulation effects. As a result, it is possible to significantly improve the efficiency of heating equipment in factories and warehouses. From the graph on the left, it can be seen that even when the outside temperature is low in the morning, the temperature inside the constructed building is higher than that of the unconstructed building. By installing this thermal insulation sheet, heat from the inside is reflected inward even when the outside temperature is low. This allows for stable indoor temperatures and the creation of a comfortable space. 【Features】 ■ Not only effective against summer heat but also provides winter insulation ■ Can significantly improve the efficiency of heating equipment in factories and warehouses ■ Reflects heat from the inside inward even when the outside temperature is low ■ Maintains stable indoor temperatures ■ Creates a comfortable space *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

[Case Study of Ceiling Insulation Work] Detached House F

Introducing examples of construction using Prox heat-insulating sheets (PRX-FN), which also contribute to energy conservation!

In the detached house F, there was a problem where the air conditioning was not effective due to radiant heat from the attic, even with insulation alone. To address this, we carried out heat insulation work in the ceiling to reduce radiant heat from outside and improve the air conditioning efficiency. Additionally, since there is attic storage in the ceiling that becomes quite hot, that area was also treated. 【Construction Overview】 ■ Location: Kitakyushu City, Fukuoka Prefecture ■ Roof Material: Wooden house ■ Area: Approximately 80m2 (attic of the second floor) ■ Materials - Prox thermal insulation sheet (PRX-FN) - Tacker / Stand light / Cutter - Protective sheets, etc. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Heatstroke prevention sheet for factories and warehouses: "Prox Heat Shield Sheet"

Reflects up to 97% of radiant heat. It also suppresses heat intrusion from the roof and heat radiation from machinery, achieving improved air conditioning efficiency and energy savings for equipment.

The "Prox Thermal Insulation Sheet" is a thermal insulation sheet made from aluminum with a purity of 99%, which reflects up to 97% of radiant heat. By installing it under roofs or on machinery, it helps prevent indoor temperature rises and improves the environment of factories and warehouses during the summer, which can become "sauna-like." In tests conducted by our company, we measured the under-roof temperature in two buildings with the same structure on the same site, and found a maximum temperature suppression effect of 10°C compared to untreated areas. After installation, there are no running costs, and it allows for measures against heatstroke while reducing CO2 emissions and electricity consumption. 【Features】 ■ High-quality corrosion-resistant coating prevents a decrease in reflectivity and deterioration of the sheet. ■ Non-combustible certification obtained. Can be installed in factories and warehouses with interior restrictions under fire safety laws. ■ Enhances the thermal efficiency of equipment such as boilers, enabling energy savings. ■ Proven installation results in dryers, fryers, and baking machines. *For more details, please refer to the materials. Feel free to contact us. We are also providing materials that include installation examples.

[Reflectix Installation Case] UTK Industrial Co., Ltd.

Installed on the roof and interior walls of a 695m2 factory! It blocks radiant heat and reflects indoor heat.

We would like to introduce a case study of the installation of the thermal insulation material "Reflectix" at UTK Industrial Co., Ltd. At the company's second factory, this product was installed on the roof and inner walls, and two oil heaters were used. On a day with a minimum temperature of -5.5°C and a maximum temperature of -1.5°C, the temperature survey graph showed that the factory maintained a minimum temperature of 10.8°C and a maximum temperature of 20.4°C. This product primarily enhances the thermal insulation performance of the roof or the roof and walls to address heat and cold inside the building. In winter, it blocks cold radiant heat from the outside and reflects indoor heat, preventing it from escaping. [Case Summary] ■ Second Factory: 695m2 (installed on roof and inner walls) ■ Oil Heaters: 2 units ■ Sheet Shutter Opening/Closing: 3-4 times/hour *For more details, please download the PDF or feel free to contact us.
