High-performance heat-insulating sheet "Netsumamore"
Heat insulation sheets for heat prevention! Practical methods to protect people and equipment - Explanation
The high-performance heat shielding sheet "Netsu Mamore" is: ★ A sheet that can cut almost all radiant heat due to its 99% pure aluminum coating. ★ It is extremely thin at 0.2mm, lightweight, flexible, and easy to install (SP-PRO, SP-HTR). ★ It contributes to improving the working environment for employees. ★ By simply applying it to high-temperature equipment in factories such as drying ovens, manufacturing furnaces, kilns, and piping, it significantly reduces heat loss from the equipment. ★ It greatly reduces fuel costs, enhances productivity, and contributes to energy savings and CO2 emission reductions. ★ Thanks to its special surface treatment, it is resistant to corrosion from acids and alkalis and to electrolytic corrosion (SP-PRO, SP-CH, SP-Air, SP-SRX), with no aging degradation, allowing for over 10 years of use. ★ There is also a heat shielding mat + insulation mat that does not get hot to the touch. 【Achievements and Examples of Use】 * High-temperature facilities such as drying ovens, boilers, kilns, and piping within factories * Various outdoor control panels * Attics and mid-roofs of factories, warehouses, and facilities

Applications/Examples of results
Installation Examples ■ Protecting workers and surrounding equipment from radiant heat of high-temperature equipment inside factories Example: Protection of control panels in front of rolling equipment Preventing equipment deterioration and malfunction ■ Preventing equipment deterioration and malfunction of outdoor distribution boards and control panels Preventing temperature rise inside outdoor distribution boards exposed to direct sunlight in summer and control panels near high-temperature equipment ■ Installation under roofs, in ceilings, and on walls Reducing indoor temperature to prevent heatstroke. Lowering air conditioning operating rates for energy-saving effects. ■ Maintaining constant temperature for chemical storage and precision processing equipment Reducing the impact of temperature changes in summer and winter to stabilize quality.
