A case where a ceiling installation method using PRX heat-insulating sheets was implemented to suppress temperature rise!
We would like to introduce a case of heat insulation work carried out in the ceiling space of Tamura Co., Ltd.'s food factory. Although the company’s food factory is equipped with air conditioning, the building is old, leading to severe conditions during the summer. To mitigate the rise in temperature, we implemented a ceiling insulation method using PRX heat insulation sheets. The work was completed over a total area of 560m2 in 2 days. 【Construction Overview】 ■ Construction Period: April 18, 2021, and April 24, 2021 (total of 2 days) ■ Current Situation: Air conditioning is available, but due to the age of the building, conditions are severe in summer ■ Measures: Implemented ceiling insulation method using PRX heat insulation sheets to suppress temperature rise ■ Location: Kasuya Factory (Kasuya Town, Fukuoka Prefecture) ■ Roof Material: Galvalume steel sheet, folded plate roof ■ Area: 560m2 *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
