Shock Test Device AVEX

Adopts a pneumatic system using compressed air. A shock testing device with excellent reproducibility.

AVEX is a shock testing device that employs a pneumatic method utilizing compressed air to generate shock waveforms (half-wave sine wave, sawtooth wave, SRS wave) with a wide range of (shock acceleration - shock time) characteristics in a short stroke. This device generates shock waveforms and applies them to samples mounted on a sample stage (which performs rising and falling motions). The operation involves the sample stage slowly rising and pausing at a set height, and after a few seconds, using high pressure (compressed air) within a cylinder (incorporated inside the main body) to forcefully drop the sample stage, generating a shock wave by striking it against impact pads (fixed to the main body). The impact pads (pulse generators and elastomers) can be replaced and selected according to the type of waveform desired (mainly half-wave sine wave, trapezoidal wave, and sawtooth wave). The characteristics of the desired waveform (shock acceleration - shock time) are determined by two conditions: the height of the sample stage's rise and the pressure value within the cylinder (the settings for height and pressure will vary depending on the weight of the sample, even for the same waveform). Shock Test Device Model 15D

This is the smallest shock testing device for tables manufactured by Lansmont Corporation.

The Modes 15D impact testing device is the smallest tabletop impact testing device manufactured by Lansmont Corporation. It features a revolutionary impact table that allows for simultaneous testing on both the top and front surfaces of a small cubic table, equipped with threaded inserts for mounting test samples. This device is ideal for analyzing the impact vulnerability of HDDs, SSDs, smartphones, PDAs, electronic devices, optical drives, fiber optic devices, and small circuit boards. It employs a convenient electronic control electric hoist system for table positioning and mitigates the shock energy generated during testing with a floating seismic base reaction mass, preventing the transmission of vibrations to the surroundings of the impact testing machine. Model 15D comes standard with Lansmont's latest control system, the Touch Test Shock Control (TTS-II). For more details, please contact us or refer to the catalog.

Shock Testing Machine Model P30M-P60M

Designed for the widest range of applications at Lansmont Corporation.

The P30M-P60M shock testing machine system is designed by Lansmont for the widest range of applications. This shock testing system lineup is specifically designed for testing samples such as large flat items like digital displays and printed circuit boards. Unlike other shock systems, the P30M-P60M can accurately rotate the shock table from horizontal to vertical at a 90-degree angle. This allows users to conduct tests in different directions without the need to change fixtures. Simply rotate the table 90 degrees and continue with the shock testing. The P30M-P60M system can be custom-designed to meet the user's shock testing needs. Lansmont will design and manufacture the P30M-P60M testing system to meet your specific requirements. For more details, please contact us or refer to the catalog.
