We have strengths in injection molding technology using high-performance resins. Leveraging this, we received a grant from the Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry to enter the medical device industry, enabling us to produce surgical instruments, which are predominantly made of metal, using carbon fiber reinforced plastic (CFRP). Moving forward, we aim to contribute to the shift from metal to resin and from heavy instruments to lighter ones.

Injection molded TPE (thermoplastic elastomer) is a functional resin material that combines the characteristics of rubber and resin. When heated, TPE flows like a thick liquid. By molding it with a plastic injection molding machine, parts that would typically require assembly of several components with other materials can be formed into a nearly finished product all at once, without the need for mixing or measuring, and without the need for deburring.
