"LumiCycle" can fully automate long-term luminescence measurements of active cells containing luciferase genes from genetically modified animals in a high-throughput manner. Active cells cultured in a 35mm petri dish are set on a turntable, and the luminescence emitted from the expressing cells is counted using photon counting.
