Countermeasures for Red Water (2.5 Years After Construction) [Magnetic Water Treatment Device Vol. 8]

All analysis items are within drinking water quality standards! Cases demonstrating effects equivalent to those of chemical treatment.

Tokyo Max Beauty College did not have red water at that time, but it was being treated with chemicals as a future measure against red water. They discontinued that and installed a Polar system, which had been confirmed effective in other buildings, for the purpose of preventing red water. The water quality analysis report one month after installation showed that all analyzed items were within drinking water quality standards. The iron content was also low, and the Polar system demonstrated effects equivalent to the chemical treatment before the installation of this system. Future expectations include prevention of skin irritation. [Case Study] - Installation Location: Tokyo Max Academy Tokyo Max Beauty College (2.5 years after construction) - Installation Date: August 29, 2001 - Polar Model: PI-32CF (3-point set) complete set *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Adopting an independent circulation system! Installing PI-25CF (3-piece set) in a 13-year-old, 30-unit apartment building.

We would like to introduce a case of red water countermeasures implemented at East Side Palace T&T (a 30-unit condominium built 13 years ago) by Testa Corporation. We installed the PI-25CF (3-point set). We adopted an independent circulation method that extracts water from the suction side of the pump, processes it through a polar treatment, and then feeds it into the water tank via a blow pipe. [Case Details] - Installation Location: East Side Palace T&T, Testa Corporation - Installation Date: August 26, 2002 - Installation Time: Approximately 5 hours; no water outage due to the presence of an elevated water tank - Polar Model: PI-25CF (3-point set) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

New Construction Cooling Water Scale Prevention and Corrosion Protection [Magnetic Water Treatment Device Vol. 13]

Installed using a pump intake method! It processes 10% to 15% of the cooling circulating water volume.

We will introduce measures against scale in newly constructed cooling water systems. In 2001, JUS Citizen Hospital (Osaka City) was completed. At that time, our Polar system was introduced for air conditioning. We installed "PI-100F" with a pump for two absorption chiller units of 300RT each, processing 10% of the circulation water volume of 10m3/min as standard. Additionally, we installed "PI-32CF" with a pump for the cooling water of the cogeneration self-generating unit (CT-100RT). Due to the high temperature of the water, we process 15% of the circulation water volume of 1035L/min as standard. [Overview] ■ Installation Location: JUS Citizen Hospital (Osaka City) ■ Installation Date: June 16, 2001 ■ Installation Method: Pump intake method ■ Installation Content: Processing 10% to 15% of cooling circulation water volume ■ Installation Purpose: Prevention of scale, corrosion, and purification of water quality in the cooling water system *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Scale prevention measures for simple humidifiers [Electromagnetic Water Treatment Device Vol. 11]

Scale prevention for simple humidifiers! We will introduce a test conducted in a certain location in Setagaya, Tokyo.

We would like to introduce a case study of the electromagnetic water treatment device "Hydroflow" installed at a certain location in Setagaya Ward, Tokyo (using tap water). When circulating water in a 1-ton underground tank with the Hydroflow HS38 model, we found that the hard scale that had always accumulated in the humidifier was easily removable with water washing after treatment with this device, resulting in a softer scale (including silica). As a result, it was confirmed that this device is also effective in preventing the adhesion of silica-based scale. 【Case Overview】 - Test Period: December 1, 2008 - End of March 2009 (4 months) - Location: A certain place in Setagaya Ward, Tokyo (using tap water) - Target Device: Humidifier (portable type) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Comparison of Effects Based on Cooling Tower Operating Time [Electromagnetic Water Treatment Device Vol. 8]

Comparison of 12-hour and 24-hour full operation! The algae and slime dirt in the cooling tower were treated with Hydroflow.

We would like to introduce a technical case study of the electromagnetic water treatment device "Hydroflow." There was contamination from algae and slime in the cooling tower, which was treated with Hydroflow. This is the condition of clean water during the 12-hour daytime operation. In comparison, other similar cooling towers operated continuously for 24 hours, so we compared the differences based on operating time. In conclusion, it was found that longer operating times resulted in cleaner and more effective water. 【Case Overview】 ■Issues - Contamination from algae and slime in the cooling tower ■Results - A comparison between 12-hour and 24-hour full operation revealed that longer operating times resulted in cleaner and more effective water. *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Chlorine reactivation provided by hydroflow treatment.

Measuring the total residual chlorine and free residual chlorine of each bottle! Here are the results.

Under the presence of Chairman Nakajima of the NPO Corporation Bathing Facility Hygiene Management Promotion Council, we conducted a test. Here are the details of the case. (1) - (3) We measured the total residual chlorine and free residual chlorine for each of the bottles. As a result, after treatment A·K, both total residual chlorine and free residual chlorine increased. [Test Method] ■ Water from the tap + a small amount of added chlorine (1) ■ Water from the tap contaminated with saliva (rutin) (2) ■ Water from the tap with added monochloramine (Flip-Flap) (3) *For more details, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.

Magnetic water treatment device "Polar" for preventing scale and rust formation in piping.

A Norwegian-made magnetic water treatment device with 6,000 gauss to prevent scale and rust formation.

★ Developed as a result of over 20 years of joint research between Norway's national research institutions and the University of Oslo, this "magnetic water treatment device" uses a powerful permanent magnet (6000 Gauss) to prevent scale formation in pipes, protect against rust, and suppress the generation of slime, such as in chiller clean towers. ★ When water flows through a strong magnetic field, a weak current is induced according to Faraday's law of electromagnetic induction, preventing the new formation of scale, red rust, and slime inside the pipes. ★ Its simple structure allows for easy installation and maintenance, making it usable for almost an indefinite period. ★ No water treatment chemicals are required. ★ The treated water is safe and produces no harmful waste.

Example of cost savings calculation when adopting a pool.

Introduction of a cost-saving calculation example when adopting Hydroflow in a pool.

At the outdoor pool of the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, we were using an ozone generator for sterilization, but due to high electricity costs, we discontinued its use and installed three Hydroflow P160 (for 6"). As a result, we were able to maintain water quality safety, and we report this. The installation was made in March 2000 on a 150A pipe just before entering the sand filters (three units). The pool's water volume was 2,400 m². 【Evaluation of Benefits】 ■ Discontinued the ozone generator, reduced the backwash frequency of the filters to 1/3 and the cleaning time to 1/5, saving on drainage volume. ■ Reduced the usage of electrolyzed disinfectants to 1/3. ■ Overall costs saved approximately 1.4 million yen annually. ■ The water has become softer than before. ⇒ It has become gentler on swimmers' skin, eyes, hair, and swimsuits. For more details, please refer to the catalog or feel free to contact us.
