The CVK2522H series (W25mm × D20mm × H22.5mm) is one of the largest products in our metal-type power inductor lineup, achieving an improvement of over twice the rated current compared to similar ferrite products. It offers a range of inductance values from 1.0μH to 15μH. By increasing the size and adopting a high-density winding structure with flat wire, we have reduced the DCR while optimizing the balance of allowable current for each inductance value. This has enabled us to achieve rated currents that exceed those of conventional products, making it suitable for applications requiring higher currents.
