With our product, all drawings can be stored as digital data on the server, so by simply scanning the barcode written on the instruction sheet, the relevant drawing is displayed on the screen, eliminating the need to search for drawings. "ReMacsTypeC" is a production management system specialized for the casting industry. This system includes core business functions such as order management, procurement, manufacturing instructions, shipping instructions, and billing/payment management, as well as features tailored to the unique management points of the casting industry, including molding and casting planning, core arrangement, melting schedules, and management of frames and molds. As of the end of November 2024, a new feature for managing heat treatment planning has been added to "ReMacsTypeC." 〇 Assumptions for Operating Heat Treatment Planning 1. New management of heat treatment furnaces and processes The heat treatment furnaces and processes will be registered as masters during the setup work. 2.
