Surface treatment technology: "1μm non-stick surface treatment"

The tape won't stick! 1μm thin film surface treatment technology. Nano process 'TLS series'.

The Nano Process "TLS Series" has achieved a non-adhesive property that allows sticky substances, like duct tape, to peel off easily with a thin film of less than 1μm. Thanks to the surface treatment technology of 1μm thin films, it can maintain optical properties with minimal dimensional changes, making it possible to process "precision parts" and in fields that require high dimensional and surface accuracy, where non-adhesive surface treatments like fluororesin coatings have been difficult. <Examples of Applications> - Non-adhesiveness for products with high adhesive strength, like duct tape - Prevention of adhesion for sealing materials in electronic components - Prevention of adhesion for hot melt adhesives - Prevention of adhesion for silicone adhesives, etc. Additionally, the Nano Process has been renewed with three other new functions, each with different features and applications. 【Features of the Series】 ■ TC-10S Excellent precision, visible light transmittance, water repellency, and oil repellency ■ NCFPC Series Excellent liquid slip properties for water and oil ■ HP Series Excellent hydrophilicity We are currently offering a technical document summarizing the details of the series. If you are interested in the details or are facing challenges with surface treatment in precision fields, please download the document or contact us directly.

Surface treatment technology CHC (Ceramic Hard Coat)

It is a surface treatment technology that maximizes "non-stick and release properties" through the combination of ceramics and fluororesin.

CHC (Ceramic Hard Coat) is a new type of fluoropolymer coating that achieves both non-stick properties equivalent to standard fluoropolymer coatings and high film hardness at elevated temperatures. ■Features - Non-stick properties equivalent to PTFE and PFA - High film hardness at temperatures above 200°C (compared to PTFE) *Based on internal testing ■Applications - Resin welding plates - Resin molding molds - Heater plates - Heat sealers *For product details, please see the link below.

Surface treatment technology: "Technology for imparting slip properties to the surface of fluororubber."

Surface treatment technology that imparts low friction properties to the surface of fluorine rubber, which excels in heat resistance, chemical resistance, and weather resistance.

■Characteristics of Fluoroelastomer Fluoroelastomer excels in heat resistance, oil resistance, chemical resistance, and ozone resistance, and is widely used in automotive parts, chemical plants, and semiconductor manufacturing equipment. On the other hand, due to the nature of rubber, it has a high tackiness and is less slippery. ■What is Low Friction? A well-known low-friction material is fluoropolymer PTFE. By using surface treatment technology to reduce the friction coefficient of the rubber surface, it can improve slip resistance and sliding properties. ■Surface Treatment of Rubber Materials Fluoroelastomer has the highest heat resistance among rubbers, around 200°C. However, this is lower compared to metals, making it a challenging material for fluoropolymer coating processing. In the case of O-rings that require replacement, slip properties may be necessary. Surface treatment technology is required to achieve low friction on the surface of fluoroelastomer. *For details on coatings that can be applied to rubber, please refer to the PDF document or feel free to contact us.
