Ultrasonic flaw detector USM35X JE (JSNDI specifications) rental

It corresponds to the basic operation specifications of the "JSNDI Specification Digital Ultrasonic Flaw Detector."

The USM35X JE is an easy-to-use ultrasonic flaw detector that complies with the basic operational specifications of the Japan Society for Non-Destructive Inspection's "JSNDI Digital Ultrasonic Flaw Detector" and further pursues functionality. Based on the USM35X, new features such as the S-DAC function (Distance Amplitude Characteristic Curve) have been added to better meet a wider range of inspection needs. It is now possible to switch between "Normal Flaw Detection Mode" and "Training Mode," and direct keys have been arranged to switch to frequently used screens during flaw detection, including gain step changes, gate settings, and DAC creation, starting with the "Basic" key that displays the basic screen. Technical Data: Ultrasonic Testing Equipment for Railway Vehicles

Latest Shinkansen inspection hollow axle flaw detection device.

In Japanese railway vehicles, there are two types of axles used: hollow axles with a hole drilled in the center of the axle shaft and conventional solid axles. Particularly in the Shinkansen, all axles used in vehicles from the 300 series, which debuted with the "Nozomi" in 1992, are hollow axles with a diameter of φ60mm. During this time, various issues encountered in field use have been resolved, and improvements have been made alongside advancements in electronic technology, leading to the development of the second generation of ultrasonic flaw detection devices that are currently in use. This article introduces a new hollow axle flaw detection device for periodic inspections. ⇒ For more details, please download the catalog and read further. For inquiries, please contact us.
