Support service for the standardization and formalization of customer service talk for the retail industry.
Visualizing the know-how of veteran customer service. We support the creation of stores where anyone can provide high-quality service.
In the retail industry, consistent and high-quality customer service from staff is essential to maintain and improve customer satisfaction. In particular, the experiential rules and judgment criteria held by veteran staff are crucial factors that influence store sales. However, if this know-how relies on individual skills, there is a risk that the quality of customer service may decline due to staff turnover or resignations. Our support services visualize the customer service talks and judgment criteria of experienced staff, helping to create a system that can be shared across the organization. 【Usage Scenarios】 - Verbalizing the customer service talks of veteran staff - Standardizing the education and training process for new staff - Eliminating variations in customer service quality across stores 【Benefits of Implementation】 - Establishing a customer service system that does not depend on specific staff members - Accelerating the effectiveness of new staff and optimizing training costs - Raising and stabilizing the overall level of customer service across the store.
