Have you ever experienced being turned down for aluminum machined parts, whether it's "just one" or "only a few," due to quantity? Karmo Casting owns 15 five-axis machining centers (6 of which are equipped with pallet changers) and 2 gantry machining centers, allowing us to handle machining from a single piece. We also design and manufacture processing jigs in-house, ensuring stable precision with geometric tolerances of ±0.03 from the gripping method. Parts that exist only as physical items without drawings can also be replicated using a non-contact 3D scanner. Furthermore, we are a casting manufacturer. When the quantity increases to the point where material costs and machining time no longer align, we can propose a method transition to casting. The benchmarks are reduced lead times for orders of three or more and cost reductions for five or more.
