We also design and manufacture processing jigs in-house, ensuring stable precision with geometric tolerances of ±0.03 from the gripping method. Parts that exist only as physical items without drawings can also be replicated using a non-contact 3D scanner. Furthermore, we are a casting manufacturer. When the quantity increases to the point where material costs and machining time no longer align, we can propose a method transition to casting. The benchmarks are reduced lead times for orders of three or more and cost reductions for five or more. Starting with machining and transitioning to casting for mass production can be completed by a single company.
