It is used as a mold for press processing of lead frames in many semiconductor manufacturers, as well as for press processing of electrical steel sheets in electric motor manufacturers, and as a powder molding press mold. Everloy, a specialized manufacturer of cemented carbide, conducts integrated production from sintering to processing of cemented carbide materials. This is a cemented carbide pin-point gate bush that is hard and resistant to wear. It is used in injection molding molds for high-hardness resins, ensuring stable quality and extending the lifespan of the gate bush due to its wear resistance. Custom production is available from a single piece with desired dimensions such as gate angle, hole diameter, and slope. We also accommodate inner surface lapping processing.
