We propose a CDM process using our Filmix® as a method for manufacturing electrode slurries for lithium-ion batteries. Compared to traditional solid kneading methods, it offers the following advantages: - Short processing time - High dispersion capability - High reproducibility - Easy scale-up for mass production ■ Solid Kneading Method Process We use kneading machines such as Hibis Dispermix. HibisMix® consists of a two-axis planetary mixing, dispersing, and kneading machine with two stirring blades that rotate and revolve. The two stirring blades can uniformly mix the contents of the container by rotating while revolving. As a result, there is minimal dead space, allowing for uniform mixing even with very high-viscosity materials. It is suitable for mixing and dispersing from paste to clay-like consistency and is primarily used in kneading operations that require uniform mixing and dispersion of large amounts of powder with small amounts of liquid.
