The induction heating technology by EKOHEAT contributes significantly to reducing heating energy with high power conversion efficiency and a power factor of 0.9 or higher. Induction heating, which is non-contact and does not use flames, minimizes energy waste by concentrating energy only on the area of the workpiece that needs to be heated.

• Heating device

The induction heating power supply "EASYHEAT" comes in six models ranging from 1.2kW to 10kW, achieving highly reproducible and ideal non-contact heating. The frequency range is broad, from 150kHz to 400kHz, and it features an auto-tuning function that continuously tracks the resonant frequency within the entire frequency range not only during heating but also when the heat is on. All models are designed with a convenient remote work head type, with a standard cable length of 3.5m (extendable). This allows for flexible use of installation space as the power supply and work head can be set up separately. It is equipped with a programmable heating controller that can save four types of heating recipes.

• Heating device

The broadband RF power amplifier manufactured by E&I in the United States reproduces the broadband RF power amplifier that was well-known for its durability, ease of use, and high reliability from ENI. E&I, established by former engineers of ENI, designed this new device while maintaining ENI's excellent features, aiming for further miniaturization and high performance.
