DIAS Infrared GmbH (Germany) is a manufacturer engaged in the production and development of pyroelectric detectors and infrared cameras. The pyroelectric detectors manufactured by DIAS come in three main types: single type, multi-channel type, and linear array type. The elements of these detectors use lithium tantalate, and by employing the latest ion beam technology, they achieve high sensitivity and low noise detection of infrared light. By attaching specific filters to the surface of the detectors, various spectral sensitivity characteristics can be imparted, allowing for the detection of infrared light within the required wavelength range.
