Globe valves (spherical valves, stop valves) inherently have a large pressure loss due to their structure, and it is unavoidable that the valves themselves are large and heavy. Flowtech's ball valves, the "BKH series" and "MKHP series," have no pressure loss because they are full bore (with some reduced bore options). Additionally, due to their simple structure, which is a characteristic of ball valves, they are smaller in size compared to globe valves (spherical valves, stop valves) of the same diameter.
