●Optical Equipment Housing Utilizing the low thermal expansion properties, which is one of the characteristics of CFRP, we will manufacture housings and structural products with minimal dimensional changes at varying temperatures. 【Overview】 The relationship between the lenses and the tube of a telescope is similar to the structure of the human eye. The lens of the eye, known as the crystalline lens, can change its thickness through the ciliary body, allowing it to adjust the retinal image. In a telescope, the tube can be considered analogous to the retina. However, in telescopes, any displacement in the diameter of the tube can lead to critical defects. ● X-ray Transparent Medical Bed An X-ray transparent medical bed utilizing one of the features of CFRP, which is its X-ray permeability and high rigidity. It employs a sandwich structure with a foam core material. Compared to conventional structures, it is lightweight and achieves a laminated structure with excellent bending rigidity. 【Overview】 X-rays are more easily transmitted through materials with lower atomic numbers. Since CFRP is composed of elements such as "H" (atomic number: 1), "C" (6), "N" (7), and "O" (8), it can be said to have a much higher transmission rate compared to aluminum alloys and GFRP. FRP can be said to be the only material that allows for variable thickness design among structural materials.
