Indeed, hybrid materials! Composed of skin material and core material, they are integrated through heating and pressurization using methods such as hot press molding and autoclave molding.
Sandwich panels are composed of skin materials and core materials, which are integrated through heating and pressurization using methods such as hot press molding or autoclave molding. Sandwich structures can be broadly classified into honeycomb sandwich structures and foam sandwich structures, depending on the type of core material. Our company is capable of manufacturing either type. Recently, applications in furniture and interior products have also been developed. By using a sandwich structure, when bending rigidity is kept the same, the weight can be reduced to 12-15% of aluminum panels and 20-25% of CFRP (PAN-based cross) panels. ★ For more details, please request materials or download the documents ★
