This is a guide idler that strongly corrects the belt's wandering and skewing by arranging three drum-shaped guide rollers and tilting them in the direction of the belt's movement to generate thrust.

The impact of materials falling from hoppers and chutes onto the conveyor is mitigated by the deformation of a rubber ring shaped like a mountain, reducing damage to the belt and idlers. Please use it for materials with a relatively light specific gravity (1.0t/m³ or less) or those with weak drop impacts. Trough angles of 35° and those not listed are made to order.

This is an automatic centering idler on the return side that uses tapered rollers. Due to the larger diameter in the center of the belt and the smaller diameter at the ends, the difference in surface speed of the rollers during belt contact activates the tracking and offset adjustment function. The frame pivots towards the side where the belt is misaligned, promoting the adjustment function.

Similar to the JAR-T type, the side roller is a tapered return idler. The principle of occurrence for meandering and offset adjustment is the same, but as a structural difference, a pivot axis is arranged at the bottom of each tapered roller support on the left and right, eliminating the pivot frame to improve pivot sensitivity. This product can also be used in conveyors for both forward and reverse operation.

This is a self-aligning idler on the return side, designed to press a tapered roller against the upper surface of the belt within a double-structured frame. It has a high ability to correct wandering due to its ease of conforming to the curling tendency of the return belt.
