The roller surface, which has a symmetrical spiral shape, has the function of scraping off the "adhesion" of transported items that cause belt wandering and misalignment while rotating. It is recommended to install it in areas within the conveyor system where you want to promote the discharge of ore.

This is a roller with a surface coated with soft rubber (smart rubber) with a hardness of 32° t5. Due to its very high rebound elasticity, it prevents sticking of wet materials, high-viscosity materials, and ice to the roller surface, and its excellent wear resistance contributes to reducing the frequency of replacements.

This roller improves the wear resistance and corrosion resistance of pipes by bonding rubber to the surface of a steel pipe roller. There are NR type (wrapped with natural rubber) and NBR type (wrapped with nitrile rubber), which has superior oil resistance.

This is a roller with a PVC pipe pressed into the surface of a steel pipe roller. It has excellent corrosion resistance and chemical resistance, making it impervious to most acids, alkalis, and salts, thus maintaining its original performance over a long period. The PVC pipe used is VU pipe.

This is a roller made of hard PVC (VP) that has high chemical resistance, acid resistance, and alkali resistance, and is also excellent in water resistance. It does not transfer odors or colors to materials, is hygienic, and is characterized by being lightweight and durable.

This is a roller used in various guide idlers and Trough-type guide idlers (TG type). The GR type is a general steel pipe roller, while the TGR type is a roller made of wear-resistant ductile cast iron.

JRC refers to rollers with non-standard dimensions as "B-type rollers," and we can manufacture them as shown in the table below. When making a request, please check the structural drawings of each roller and specify your desired dimensions and specifications. We also accommodate special processing such as threading at the shaft end and pin holes. (Please refer to the example of shaft end processing in the figure below.)

At JRC, we also manufacture "short rollers" used in steep incline conveyors. For roller lengths (L1) of less than 100L, we recommend the TRJ type (straight bushing type). We also accommodate special processing of shaft end shapes. (Please refer to the example of shaft end processing in the figure below.)

Belt conveyor pulleys (hereinafter referred to as "pulleys") are placed in key areas of the belt conveyor. In the event that even one of them is damaged, it could lead to the conveyor stopping, potentially halting the entire system. Additionally, since they are used under harsh conditions that are greatly affected by the belt's tension and winding, careful selection of each component based on solid design principles and high manufacturing skill is required. JRC thoroughly conducts strength calculations based on its own design standards, selects appropriate components, and carries out consistent production at specialized factories to provide safe and highly reliable pulleys.

The impact of materials falling from hoppers and chutes onto the conveyor is mitigated by the deformation of a rubber ring shaped like a mountain, reducing damage to the belt and idlers. Please use it for materials with a relatively light specific gravity (1.0t/m³ or less) or those with weak drop impacts. Trough angles of 35° and those not listed are made to order.
