【Customer Concerns】 - Improving work efficiency and productivity in the painting process is a challenge. - Changing colors for painting a variety of products in multiple colors is cumbersome. 【NCC's Proposal】 We propose the introduction of the air electrostatic hand gun "HB5000M" from Asahi Sanak and the paint pressure tank "P-2A" from Meiji Machinery, which are characterized by high paint application efficiency, to enhance work efficiency and painting quality. 【Implementation Effects and Feedback】 - Painting time has been reduced by 30% compared to before, with the painting time for large workpieces cut to less than half. - Improved work efficiency allows for personnel to be allocated to other processes, enhancing overall productivity. - The quality of the finish has improved compared to before. - Achieved high efficiency that surpasses the impact of paint bounce-back and increased thinner usage due to spray gun switching.

【Customer's Concerns】 - In constructing a new factory dedicated to powder coating, we are looking for powder coating machines and painting booths. - To improve productivity, we hope to have a large painting booth that allows two operators to paint face-to-face. 【NCC's Proposal】 We propose the introduction of the Asahi Sanak powder coating booth, which allows for face-to-face painting of large workpieces, along with the "EcoDual" powder coating machine that utilizes the manufacturer's unique dual electric field technology, achieving high work efficiency and painting quality. 【Implementation Effects and Feedback】 - Since painting can be done face-to-face, the need to flip the workpieces is eliminated, resulting in a production increase of about three times and a 53% reduction in painting time. - Waste paint can be directly packed into drums or bags, reducing cleaning time from 40 minutes to 10 minutes. - The coating quality and leveling have improved due to reduced electrostatic repulsion. - Paint usage has been reduced by about 10%.

【Customer's Concerns】 - Considering the introduction of an automatic painting machine to establish a mass production system for products due to business expansion. - The product has a thickness of about 3mm and requires painting on both the flat surface and the sides. - The current automatic painting machine has variations in the thickness of the paint film on the sides. 【NCC's Proposal】 We propose the NCC original automatic painting machine NEO Easy Coater Flat, which offers high design flexibility, to achieve uniform painting on both the flat surface and the sides, enabling mass production. 【Test Results and Feedback】 - By repeatedly testing while changing the angle and distance of the spray gun and the amount of paint discharged, we ultimately achieved a stable paint film by spraying both the front and back surfaces. - Officially introduced due to the expected reduction in process time and mass production capabilities achieved by optimal conditions that allow simultaneous painting of the flat surface and sides. - The fact that it can be used universally for flat items also made it suitable for the products being handled.
