However, these systems have been developed from scratch and have undergone repeated modifications, leading to serious issues of dependency on specific individuals and increased complexity. Additionally, as the demand for immediate publication on "Goo-net" from used car dealerships has risen, the time required for data processing, registration, and reflection has increased, resulting in fluctuations in service levels, especially during peak times. Sakata Seed Corporation has been engaged in the breeding of Sakata brand varieties for over a century and also handles seedlings, gardening supplies, and agricultural materials. The company has implemented peer-to-peer file transfer tools in each system to connect its core system, which holds sales information, procurement information, and various other achievements, with files scattered across different departments. However, there are numerous new integration needs, and if each integration is carried out using file transfer tools, it becomes complicated and unmanageable, leading to increasing costs for product maintenance and system integration. Therefore, it was decided to replace the file transfer tools with EAI tools to achieve complete in-house development of integrations. Kyosei Corporation is a manufacturer engaged in the production and sale of gas and water piping materials, with 19 sales offices sourcing products from four factories each. Since access rights to the core system are not granted to factories and sales offices, for many years, a team of five information system staff members has been providing a tailored service to extract and process necessary data as requested. To improve this individualized response, we introduced a BI tool (Dr.Sum) and an EAI product for data transfer; however, the implemented EAI product could only be effectively used by one information system staff member with high programming skills, and its application beyond transferring data to Dr.Sum did not progress. Sanki Kogyo Co., Ltd. is a comprehensive engineering company with 92 years of history, engaged in various social infrastructure projects. To realize the long-term vision "Century2025," which promotes the further advancement of the LCE business, the company has newly developed a "construction project search system using Google Maps," built on the "Microsoft Dynamics 365" platform that the company has adopted as its development foundation. This search system plots past construction projects on Google Maps, allowing for a visual understanding of the properties, making it easier to engage in proposal sales activities based on LCE, such as "proactively suggesting update plans for properties approaching their equipment renewal period."
