Since access rights to the core system are not granted to factories and sales offices, for many years, a team of five information system staff members has been providing a tailored service to extract and process necessary data as requested. To improve this individualized response, we introduced a BI tool (Dr.Sum) and an EAI product for data transfer; however, the implemented EAI product could only be effectively used by one information system staff member with high programming skills, and its application beyond transferring data to Dr.Sum did not progress.
