For the production of blank shapes (cut shapes) during prototyping, we select from fine laser processing (beam diameter 0.03), wire electrical discharge machining, etching processing, and press processing using simple molds, considering precision and quantity. We strive to achieve short delivery times and low costs by using as many of our extensive hand-held temporary molds as possible for bending processing.
