Kihara's garlic stem cutter (nicknamed "Taisuke-kun") automatically cuts the stems with a rotating cutter just by placing the garlic in a cup. Additionally, the length of the stems can be adjusted from 1 mm to 4 mm.

This is a dryer with a market share of over 80% in the production area of Burley tobacco in the Tohoku region. Since Burley tobacco cannot be rapidly dried using hot air drying, it must undergo a careful process of maturation and fermentation of the leaf tobacco components, taking more than about a month from start to finish. It prevents poor conditions such as mold, rot, and mildew in the natural drying of Burley tobacco and guides it to an appropriate temperature and humidity range.

The BM-3 leaf tobacco tying machine has significantly advanced the labor-saving of Burley leaf tying work. Until now, the tying of Burley leaves required manual labor to weave each leaf into the rope one by one, necessitating a large workforce. However, with the BM-3, it has become possible for one person to perform the leaf tying work, leading to substantial labor savings. Additionally, the occurrence of mold that had developed in the tied ropes and leaf tobacco has been eliminated, resulting in improved quality of the leaf tobacco, which has received high praise.
