The hardening build-up wire is a rare seamless tube type that prevents deformation and crushing, achieving smooth wire feeding and excellent arc stability. It contributes to a reduction in working time and costs with a maximum welding efficiency of 98% and a faster melting speed. A single layer of build-up provides high hardness (HRC 62-67) and sufficient wear resistance. With minimal spatter and fumes, the residual accumulation in the torch is also minimal. This hardening build-up wire is suitable for light impact abrasion wear and erosion wear, making it ideal for brick and tile factories, quarries, mining operations, and cement manufacturing plants.

The "XHD Series" is a spray-type welding material with flux additives. "Nano Super Hard Alloy Material" is a welding material based on iron that combines toughness, high hardness, wear resistance, and corrosion resistance. It is composed of several components with iron as the main ingredient, mixed in a special ratio, and the welded layer contains ultra-hard composite carbides (60-70%) in a nano size of less than 0.4μ, forming a sub-micron amorphous ultra-fine structure, resulting in uniform high hardness.
