Kurashiki Bowling Machine's "Printing Cylinder Thermal Spraying" uses a nickel-based metal that is resistant to ink and cleaning solutions, and by forming a dense thermal spray coating, it prevents corrosion for an extended period. This corrosion resistance is evaluated through accelerated corrosion testing, specifically the "Salt Spray Test" (JIS H 8502). Our thermal spray coatings have demonstrated resistance for over 200 hours in this test. Additionally, due to the presence of pores in castings, when using a plating specification, these pores remain as pinholes in the plating layer.
