We have newly introduced the VHX-8000 microscope from Keyence Corporation, which enables elemental analysis with a microscope, along with the EA-300 laser elemental analysis head. Elemental analysis can be performed without altering the appearance of the sample while observing it under magnification with the microscope. The elemental content of the sample can be detected by element name and content percentage (%). Of course, the detection results can also be provided in spectral form. Elemental analysis is possible for foreign substance analysis, multilayer analysis (drilling), multi-point analysis, and including the plating layer, down to the sample beneath the plating layer. Additionally, it is possible to measure welding depth, allowing for the cross-section of polished post-weld samples to be photographed separately by different materials, and the depth can be measured. We have successfully developed a resin chuck component that is set at the tip of a straight tube pen nib for drafting purposes, which resolves the inconvenience of the shortened lead getting stuck or falling due to its own weight, preventing the lead from being used to the end. We have developed a manufacturing method for a mechanical pencil that consolidates the wonderful features of various companies' mechanical pencils currently available on the market into one!

We will design and manufacture a mold for mass-producing the tubular body that will further improve the currently thinnest 34G injection needle and create a 35G injection needle using progressive die processing!

The angle of the blade tip is about 40% sharper than the conventional inner blade, resulting in improved cutting performance. Additionally, by incorporating a primary blade that slightly pulls the hair in the direction of the tip before cutting, the hair is held taut while being cut by the secondary blade (cutting blade), allowing for a closer shave. Furthermore, the sharp cutting performance enables a quicker shaving experience, reducing the burden on the skin and eliminating post-shave irritation.

Until then, all shaver manufacturers around the world had been processing the holes for hair entry in rotary shaver outer blades through machining, but our company has succeeded for the first time in the world! We achieved this using progressive die processing, handling everything from the overall appearance processing to the processing of the holes for hair entry.
